Excellent commucation, they kept me updated through the whole process. I was happy to drive the 1.5hrs for the exceptional cutomer Service.

I’m writing this from a different account because, for some reason, I wasn’t able to leave a new review after a year, and I believe it’s important to follow up on businesses that keep up the good work. Like a Michelin-starred restaurant, these guys deserve to keep their stars. My car just had its yearly service, and this one was particularly important because we were planning a 5,500 km road trip. We exchanged a few emails in advance to plan the service and go over my concerns. I must say that everyone here truly looks after their clients and takes the time to explain things, giving me peace of mind that everything is safe and in good working order. By the way, the trip was great, with no issues of any kind. Thank you!
