I have a Toyota that I have been driving for about 10 years. In all that time, I have had it serviced by Toyota, and my car was very overdue for a service. It hadn't had one all year, and since working in Windsor, it became hard for me to deal with the logistics of leaving the car with them in Nepean Hwy, Elsternwick. Also I wasn't happy with their assembly line approach to their clients - the McDonalds of car servicing.
Then I saw Cathy's 10 minute presentation on her business. It seemed so easy. We discussed the practicalities of leaving the car and getting a free loaner (which turned out to be a BMW!). On the day, my arrangements had changed and they were very flexible in accommodating to my need to pick up my car earlier than arranged. The staff were friendly and my car is running really well since then. Both my car and I feel looked after.
I'm very happy with the convenience and service and intend to keep using Cathy and her team.
